MRICS Valuation Surveyor - Corporate Recovery

Our client is one of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary property consultancies. Due to strategic growth plans, they have an immediate requirement for a Chartered valuation surveyor to join their Corporate Recovery team in Leeds.
The appointed individual will have:
- Experience of LPA receivership methodology and principals
- Knowledge of corporate valuations and agency
- Knowledge of loan security valuations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An eye for detail and the ability to think laterally
The ideal individual will have an excellent academic track record having gained experience of working within a large surveying practice, bank or consultancy.
