Property Manager - London
This property company based in the West End, is looking to appoint a Property Manager. With several in-town shopping centres currently under management and an appetite to grow the portfolio, this is a role that will provide good career progression opportunities in the future.
The successful individual will report to the Head of the Property Management team but will be able to manage a number of these shopping centre schemes with a good degree of autonomy.
Retail property experience is preferable but not essential. Our client will consider candidates that are MRICS as well as those who are unqualified, as long as you have prior commercial property experience.
The role will involve:
- Being the tenants first point of contact regarding lease queries
- Service charges
- Property inspections
- Liaise with on-site centre management
- Tenant mix and marketing
