Our client is a global professional services provider with 14 offices across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. They support both public and private sector organisations on some of the biggest and most complex programmes and projects.
They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Newcastle. The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified or have gained the relevant experience and looking to be sitting their Chartership within the next 12 months. The client is interested in speaking with candidates that have gained experience working on a variety of projects in the followling sectors; education, healthcare, commercial and industrial. Candidates who have gained their experience working within a PQS/consultany environment would be preferable.
There is an abundance of work within this team and excellent scope for progression internally.
I am also recruiting for a Senior QS for the Stockton area, similar experience to the above role but healthcare experience would be preferable.
