Our client a Property Consultancy specialising in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Health & Safety are currently looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their existing team based in Newcastle.
The role involves all aspects of traditional Building Surveying services across professional consultancy advice and contract administration of construction projects, from inception to completion. Within the role you will be working on a variety of projects across retail, commercial, healthcare and education.
Applications are sought from candidates with a BSc / BEng (or equivalent qualification / experience) in Building Surveying. Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is desireable, candidates with 6 months to 4 years post qualification experience would be perfect.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good level of previous experience in all key aspects of traditional building surveying disciplines and contract administration, with a focus on developing client relationships and taking autonomy for specific instructions.
