As a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Key Account Projects, I want to help us operate as efficiently as possible
You’ll do that by managing project budgets and forecasting, while making sure that at the end of every month more money comes in than goes out. That will involve finding and keeping track of any project variations and determining their financial impacts. We’ll also count on you to find new ways to get the most out of every pound spent by increasing efficiency and making our processes even better.

• Previous experience of being a Senior Quantity Surveyor Commercial/Cost Manager
• Design and build and experience significant procurement knowledge
• Contractual expertise and main contracting background
• Cost management knowledge and experience
• BSC Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent qualification
• Experience in retail sector construction.
• Mechanical and electrical experience and background.
Essential:
• Design and build experience.
