Estimator (Civil Engineering)

About the Company: Major player in the South East civils sector. Their portfolio of work covers roads / highways, public works, environmental contracts, marine and heavy structures. Contracts can range in value from £500k to £50m. About the Role: They require an experienced Estimator to work within a team environment and play a key role in securing a new portfolio of contracts, predominantly on roads and structures schemes. You will need to be able to work under your own direction gained from your experiences within the industry. You will work a tender from initial client discussion through to final handover, crunching numbers to ensure the best tender is delivered. About the Candidate: - Strong civils experience. - Estimate and price from first principles. - Seven (or more) years' relevant Estimator experience. - Structured career history.
