Our client is one of the UK's largest distributor of valuation instructions. Their business is growing, and they need to employ high calibre, passionate people to grow with them. They are currently recruiting for M/FRICS qualified valuers and Chartered Building Surveyors to work across both their private and lender client-base.
They are looking for additional full time people in London (all areas) along with Aylesbury, Basingstoke, Bristol, Cambridge, Epsom, Gloucester, Guildford, Haslemere, Hastings, Kingston, Luton, Northampton, Oxford, Portsmouth, Reading, Slough, Southampton, Stoneleigh, Swindon, Winchester and Woking.
Consultants with own PI are required in West Wales,Cornwall and the South Coast.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record in undertaking mortgage valuations,Homebuyer reports and building surveys.
