Project Manager - construction consultants - KENT

Our client, a growing firm of construction consultants offering Project Management and Cost Management services to clients across Europe now seeks a Project Manager who has experience of working as a Project Manager for a firm of construction consultants and experience of Distribution Warehousing. This role is offered on a contract basis for a period of around one year and for most of the time the successful applicant will be site based in Gravesend, Kent with some trips to their office in North London required. You will need to have good client facing skills, the ability to deal directly with the client and with the professional team and contractors. You will need experience of coordinating large projects, chairing meetings, doing minutes and you must have a BSc in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar and possibly also be either MRICS or MAPM qualified. The rate is negotiable according to experience. This position will be for around one year and could lead on to other projects.
