Senior Real Estate Development Analyst

The Senior Real Estate Development Analyst will support the Head of Development in the London office in collecting data and implementing into cash flow appraisals to present to the Executive Board and Senior Management. The successful candidate with have exemplary analytical skills and be have worked in multi-faceted developments. Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to thrive and perform under pressure.

In order to be considered for this role you MUST be able to demonstrate:
- Strong academic background - a property or finance related degree is mandatory
- Extensive experience in real estate investment or development
- Exposure to both UK and European markets
- Thorough understanding of Dyna software (Argus)
- An exceptional attention to detail and 1st rate written, oral and communication skills

Our client is a Property Development company

Up to £60,000 + benefits
