Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor (Landscaping)

About the Company: One of the leading landscaping contractors in the UK. Their works can be seen on some of the most prestigious developments across London and the Southeast, including major works currently going on at Stratford. About the Role: They require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee a major package of work on the Olympic Park. The position will see you take full commercial control of the scheme, working alongside the project manager to ensure efficiency and targets are met. Following this project you will return to head office to manage and develop a commercial team to oversee a portfolio of works. About the Candidate: - Strong background and knowledge of groundworks and landscaping. - Dynamic approach, looking to progress and develop your career. - Be able to manage others. - Structured career history. - Hard working and committed.
