Quantity Surveyor

About the Client: One of the leading UK consultancies operating within the Middle East. They have built up a reputation of a highly regarded outfit, having worked on some of the most prestigious developments throughout the region. Works are predominantly commercial, residential and leisure all of which have a major focus on high specification. About the Role: They require a Quantity Surveyor to assist on three mixed-use leisure developments consisting of residential, hotel and apartments. Each scheme is in the region of £50m. You will play a key role in managing major packages, co-ordinating things between contractor and client as well as ensuring the works are carried out to the highest specification. About the Candidate: - Ideally have Middle East experience, although not essential. - PQS background. - Ideally MRICS, minimum BSc. - Experience in similar type works. - Structured career history. - Excellent client interfacing skills.
