We are seeking a senior surveyor level candidate who can help lead the delivery of investment management services
The successful candidate must be a professional member of the RICS with ideally a minimum of 4 years proven experience managing commercial properties to a high standard. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate scalable and consistent added value to client's portfolios.
Skills and knowledge will include up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management and demonstrable technical competence in property management, as well as industry specific packages (e.g. TRAMPS/PM&A).
The successful candidate will likely to possess 3 - 8 years plus post-qualification experience and previously worked in property management team as well as have a general practice background for or within either a corporate, public sector or ideally a private practice.
You will have the ability to help inspire and motivate the team as well as be a hard-working, pro-active, determined and persuasive.
