Managing Quantity Surveyor

About the Client: One of the leading UK consultancies operating within the Middle East. They have built up a reputation of a highly regarded outfit, having worked on some of the most prestigious developments throughout the region. Works are predominantly commercial, residential and leisure all of which have a major focus on high specification. About the Role: They require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee three mixed-use leisure developments consisting of residential, hotel and apartments. Each scheme is in the region of £50m. You will play a key role in managing the office operations from the head office in Muscat, overseeing 5 Quantity Surveyor and 5 technical staff. About the Candidate: - Must have Middle East experience. - Must have a strong PQS background. - Ideally MRICS, minimum BSc. - Strong background in similar type works. - Structured career history. - Be able to drive efficiency and output. - Excellent client interfacing skills.
