Senior Quantity Surveyor - Clientside - 6 Month Contract

Our client is a large consultancy group who require the services of a senior or associate level quantity surveyor for a 6 month contract starting within the next 2 weeks.

The role will be mainly pre-contract duties on a residential new build scheme of around £30million. There will be some client interaction so those with strong communication skills will be looked on favourably.

Candidate must be MRICS to be considered, and those within striking distance of the offices in West Surrey would suit the position best.

Rates will be based on experience, we will be putting a short list to the client shortly so if this is of interest do get in touch asap.
