CVS is a market leading business rates specialist. Our national rating dedicated team has already more than doubled in the last 12 months. Following another very successful six months in business development, we are seeking to appoint experienced Rating Surveyors nationwide (home or office based). Senior Management opportunities are realistic and internal promotion is encouraged and nurtured. We would also consider applicants, with recent rating experience (minimum 2005 list) who are interested in freelance or partnerships. We are RICS registered and members of the Institute of Customer Service.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:-
- Providing Business Rate services.
- Taking ownership of the service provided to key clients.
- Business generation to assist the continued growth the organisation.
The successful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:-
- A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent experience.
- Business rates negotiation experience from either the public or private sector.
- Be articulate, driven, and be comfortable dealing with key senior level clients.
