The Role:
Knight Frank’s Residential Valuation and Consultancy department provide formal professional valuation and consultancy reports on single unit residential dwellings throughout the UK and Europe. Working closely with the Research team, the UK wide offices produce comprehensive reports for a variety of purposes including; tax, asset, loan security, litigation and feasibility studies. Our London based team are currently looking to recruit a Residential Valuer, responsible for the valuation of individual properties in the Central London region. As well as undertaking valuations and the subsequent reporting and research, the successful candidate will also be expected to generate new business and increase the range and quantity of new instructions for the development of the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have four years+ PQE valuing residential properties within the Central London market and demonstrable business generation experience. The ability to communicate precisely, both verbally and in writing is paramount to the role as well as high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation skills.
