A top 10 property consultancy and firm of chartered surveyors have instructed Beach Baker to recruit ideally a surveyor or a senior surveyor level candidate join the expanding and specialist corporate recovery team.
The corporate recovery team provides strategic advice to clients including financial institutions and borrowers to provide strategy, asset management and disposal advice in order to extract maximum value from distress property portfolios across the UK. The team have excellent relationships with all the key insolvency practitioners, banks and lawyers and have dealt with every kind of property and business.
The successful candidate will gain extensive experience in managing and disposing of multi-property portfolios for major corporate clients, including banks, administrators and insolvency practitioners. You will gain great exposure managing and disposing of a range of properties such as offices, business parks, retail units, development sites, buy to let investments and numerous properties in all major sectors. Candidates will also gain considerable experience of writing formal "Red Book" reports for banks, monthly update reports and financial appraisals for corporate recovery clients.
A professional services background in valuation or experience of asset management working with financial clients would be advantageous.
On offer is a salary range of £24,000 to £28,000 + Car + Benefits, depending on experience and level.
