Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to be an instrumental part of a team, responsible for driving new storeacquisitionsand deliveringlarge mixed useunitsto the existingestate. You will have a real hands on role and be able to see the benefits of your hard work across the portfolio.


In order to be considered for this role you MUST be able to demonstrate:
- MAPM or MCIOB qualification.
- Strong experience project managing multi million pound mixed usedevelopments.
- Excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Exemplary communication skills and be able to deal confidently with all internal departments and key stakeholders
- Be able to travel extensively
