A leading property company has instructed Beach Baker with an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified / soon to be MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Manchester office.
This company is a major player in the northern property market and you will have responsibility for forecasting accurate budget costs in development appraisals and for influencing the procurement strategy of projects, ensuring business and project risks are managed.
We are seeking a candidate with at least 18 months experience within a commercial property consultancy environment. The role will be include managing £60,000 to £2,100.000 in commercial office refurbishment and fit-out.
The ideal candidate will already be an established surveyor at the Assistant level or have recently gained their chartership status through MRICS. The role would suit candidates who are personable, can react quickly and autonomous towards their own work.
