Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager

My client is a long established firm of chartered quantity surveyors and project management consultants. They are now seeks an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their London office in the City area. You will need to be MRICS qualified, ideally fairly recently chartered, have experience of London based projects and have good experience of working for a firm of cost consultants doing both pre and post contract work. The ideal candidate will have worked on a variety of projects including offices, leisure and high end residential. Project values are generally from around £5m to £50m although some are larger. You will need to have good client facing skills, be able to work on your own projects and be keen to progress. Salary is highly negotiable along with good bonus, RICS fees, car allowance etc.
