About the company:
This is a well respected National construction consultancy who offer their clients commercial, contract, and design advice on a wide range of build projects. Their Quantity Surveying team in London is currently experiencing a period of growth and is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can help deliver a number of key projects.
About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen due to an increase in new projects, for an experience Quantity Surveyor to be part of this company’s successfully quantity surveying team.
You will be working on a range of different projects in both the private and public sectors that will include education, housing (private & social), and commercial. Experience in all of these sectors would be an advantage, but by no mean essential.
Key requirements are:
- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- Consultancy background
- Able to carry out a comprehensive list of Quantity Surveying duties
- Good team worker and client facing ability
