Our client a global professional services consultancy are currently looking for a Cost Manager to join their Property team based in the North East.
Candidates will ideally be MRICS or have gained the equivalent experience working within another PQS organisation/consultancy and have gained a variety of experience ideally across healthcare, retail, mixed use and residential projects.
As a Cost Manager you be taking responsibility for the end to end service delivery with respect to projects and to act as a key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a core value added cost management service.
