ESTATES SURVEYOR

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to build on their existing skills and experience to assist in providing real estate advice and service delivery on all aspects of the day to day portfolio of the operational, vacant and sublet properties of the UK, Southern Ireland, Guernsey & Jersey and occasional international G4S businesses.
You will get involved with all aspects including acquisitions, vacant premises, rent reviews, insurance valuations, assist with the production of IFRS 12 provisions, dilapidations, manage the sublet portfolio and manage and adapt the Estates database for reporting purposes as needed.
You will preferably have:
•MRICS or working towards this
•Minimum of a year post qualification experience
•Experience over a range of surveying and/or a willing enthusiastic attitude to learn
•Wide understanding of Landlord & Tenant Law, Use Classes Orders, etc.
•Excellent communication skills
•Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Access
