We are a well respected local firm with our office located in Kirkby Lonsdale.
We are looking to recruit a well grounded and experienced rural surveyor to assist a partner within the practise to undertake the management of a number of rural property portfolios. Ideally candidates will have between 2-5 years PQE. This role would really suit someone who is ready to take over the day to day management of a number of smaller clients and become integral to the management of a number of larger estates over time. Good rural experience is required with a desire to develop that experience to the benefit of a wide client base.
The bulk of the work will be estate management for private clients and the role will involve all aspects or rural surveying including; rent reviews, valuations, renewable energy schemes, property and woodland management. This is a role that will be rewarding for the right person.
Salary starting in the region of £25,000 p.a. commensurate with experience.
