My client, a multi-disciple construction consultancy in Dorset is loking for a MRICS/CIOB chartered Senior/Associate Building Surveyor/Project manager to joing their team.
You will ideally have excellent knowledge of CDM regs and have a lot of project based surveying experience. You will have previously worked in a consultancy environment, be comercially minded and have excellent project management skills, contract administration and fee earning capacity.
Projects will include both private & public sector organisations as well as educational establishments.
