We are looking for an experienced manager with passion, flair and vision who is able to make our council’s property work in the best interest for the people of Luton, either by maximising investment return or through the provision of excellent community facilities. You will have excellent leadership skills, be customer focussed and able to negotiate and influence others at a senior level. With substantial experience of budget management, property strategy development and implementation, you will possess in-depth knowledge of capital and asset planning, estate rationalisation and the pivotal role assets play in efficient service delivery.
