On behalf of an established and highly regarded and extremely successful multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy, I am currently looking to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor. The role is primarily professional-services focussed, with only a small degree of Contract administration and it will therefore suit an individual keen to focus on professional service delivery.
The successful individual will hold a Building Surveying degree or equivalent and must have some good pro-active PQE gained within a commercial Property Consultancy. The right individual will have gained significant experience of dilapidations in their career to date as this will form a core area of this opportunity. Knowledge of the London/South East market would be extremely beneficial.
Naturally, the successful applicant will have a professional, articulate approach and will be confident dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone, as well as via electronic methods where appropriate. Due regard will be given to applicants who can demonstrate competence in professional networking and the ability to business develop as such qualities will allow the successful applicant to progress within the organisation in the medium and long term.
