Chartered Building Surveyor

My client is a firm of construction consultants offering building surveying, employer's agent, health & safety, project management and quantity surveying services to a wide range of clients over a number of project sectors. They now seek an MRICS qualified Senior Building Surveyor to join them in their Dorset office. You will do mainly project based work for a range of projects including health care for specialist care centres, new building residential, large public sector refurbishments. You should have good Design skills and be able to use CAD, plus have experience of contract administration, project management and ideally have some experience of the CDM-C role and employer's agent roles. You will also do some Party Wall Surveying and Condition Surveys plus site inspections. You should have good communication and client facing skills and have good all round building surveying skills.
