Asset Manager (18 Month Contract)
Up to £45k. Based in Basingstoke
We’re looking for an Asset Manager with the drive, vision and expertise to deliver a five-year rolling investment programme. This calls for someone with the commercial acumen to meet budgets and ensure value for money. Someone with the people skills to manage contractors and lead a team. Someone with the technical knowledge to improve assets, manage databases and achieve optimum performance.
Someone, in short, like you. A dynamic and collaborative individual with extensive knowledge of the provision and maintenance of social housing assets. You must have a proven track record of delivering complex, challenging cyclical maintenance programmes. Sentinel manages a property portfolio of approximately 8,400 homes predominantly in north Hampshire, so there is huge scope here to make a real impact on quality of life in our communities.
