Contract Administrator (Q.S. background)

My client is a UK firm of commercial management and claims consultants. They are now seeking an experience Contract Administrator who should have Quantity Surveyor training with experience of contracts administration and claims for a role for 12 months or more based in Linz, Austria. You will work on behalf of the client dealing with the administration of contracts and dealing with claims issues. The project is the construction of a steel production plant. You should have been trained as a Quantity Surveyor, have experience of both Claims and Contract Administration, have good letter and report writing skills, and a good understanding of international contracts. Ideally you will have worked on heavy civil engineering projects, or power generation projects or similar. The contract is in English but any German language skills would be useful although not essential. Our client will provide either accommodation or an allowance.
