Working on a well known national project, in a team of x4 you will need to lead and undertake negotiations regarding the acquisition of land from inception through to completion and assessment of compensation in accordance with the Compensation Code. The role will require you to advise on the property implications of infrastructure schemes and undertake and advise upon land cost estimates and forecasts. You will need to have prior experience in CPO's and acquisitions and disposals. You will also have a proven track record of delivering large scale land acquisition for major public sector infrastructure or regeneration projects. The right candidate will need to be MRICS or have the equivalent qualifications. Experience of dealing with external consultants and stakeholders is essential.
