Director - Rural

My client is a rapidly expanding Private Practice who has been established for over a century. Due to a number of new instructions and an upturn in the rural market, a Director is required to develop and maintain the rural division, including managing a team of rural surveyors and ultimately running a profitable department through the provision of professional services. The successful candidate will maintain a widespread portfolio of properties/land. In order to be considered, applicants should have 8-10 years' post RICS qualification experience in a rural setting, as well as the drive and determination to thrive within an award winning organisation.
