Senior Level Dilapidations Surveyor – Guildford

This is an exceptional opportunity for an MRICS qualified, business focussed building surveyor to provide high calibre dilapidations consultancy to our high profile client base.
The successful individual will hold a degree in building surveying (BSc or MSc), be Chartered with at least 3 years PQE, and have worked within a pro-active commercial environment.
The successful individual will have a professional, confident approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a methodical and well organised approach. Track record is sought in independently and efficiently delivering dilapidations and associated building consultancy services. Evidence of participating in professional networks and experience of business development activity would be advantageous.
