We are seeking a commercially trained Associate Building Surveyor (would consider Senior level aspiring associate) with 5-10 years PQE for our clients Central London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national commercial property consultancy and would suit an ambitious and experienced individual with excellent client facing skills. Experience of project works including contract administrations, design work, project management (to 2m), planning applications, taking design brief, preparing schedules of works including use of NBS and professional work including:
a) SURVEYS: Acquisition / Building Surveys for both vendors and purchaser,
b) DILAPIDATIONS: Preparing and negotiating dilapidations including preparing costs,
d) PARTY WALLS: Party Wall Awards for both the Building and Adjoining Owner,
e) BCRAs: Fire Insurance Valuations, FRA’s,
f) SCHEDULES OF CONDITION: Schedule of Conditions, Measured Floor Plan Surveys, Client Analysis /, Contract Administration of projects up to £2,000,000.00, Acting as CDM Coordinator on small scale projects
