Surrey based building surveying practice is recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join their team. Ideally you will be 2/4 years post qualified however applications will be considered from newly qualified surveyors as well as those with more experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a medium sized dynamic organisation, with a diverse and interesting commercial client base. You will manage your own clients and projects from inception to completion, reporting directly to the head of building surveying. A strong technical building surveying background is essential; expect to work across a range of building surveying disciplines, i.e. dilapidations, contract administration, party wall, right to light etc
If you are interested in working with historic buildings this could be a position worth considering. Although the practice is Surrey based you will run and manage projects in Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties.
