Mortgage valuations of High Value properties, typically in the price range £400k - £2m. Covering high value postcodes throughout South East, South, South West London and North Surrey.
The client is a small niche practice with offices in Croydon and Clapham.They believe that it’s the little distinctions that make all the difference. So, whilst it’s not everyone
that gets excited about surveys and valuations, it’s not everyone that’s part of their team.

They offer a full range of commercial and residential property services to clients in Croydon, South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
They are seeking an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor to undertake mortgage valuations of top end properties, typically in the price range £400k - £2m. Ideally you will also have carried out Homebuyer reports.
This premier panel work will incorporate the high value postcode areas throughout South East, South, South West London and North Surrey.
The succesful candidate can work from home or be based in one the offices in Croydon or Clapham.
The option of being fully employed with a salary and package is available, or if you prefer a Zero Hours employment contract can be discussed.
