Our team of qualified surveyors prepare reports on a property's condition, tailored for the specific needs of investors, owner occupiers, tenants and vendors. Through our project management service, we eliminate the uncertainty and anxiety surrounding building works.
The team based in Hungerford are currently looking for a qualified Building Surveyor to undertake a mixture of professional, project management and project work. In this role you will be responsible for building surveys and pre-purchase advice, project management and contract administration as well as defects analysis and building pathology. You will also produce specification and architectural drawings for refurbishment and new build schemes. The role will include dealing with Party walls; dilapidations, and landlord and tenant advice.
The successful candidate will be recently chartered and should have previous experience of working to an exceptional standard on a broad range of projects. We are looking for someone who has a professional, competent approach together with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
