Valuation Surveyor, Healthcare - Manchester
One of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary national practices has an immediate requirement for a Valuation Surveyor to join its healthcare team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a proven and established healthcare team with a company that offers genuine prospects for career enhancement in a supportive and established environment.
You will be responsible for trading related valuations of both individual and portfolios of properties, and will preferably have some experience within the private healthcare sector e.g. care homes.
Whilst it is preferred for applicants to be MRICS qualified, due to the structure of the current team, someone who is soon to be Chartered would also be of interest provided they have the suitable valuation and healthcare skills required.
