Semi Qualified - Property Management

Well known private practice seek a property management surveyor to join and support the existing team. The post would suit applicants at semi qualified level, however more experienced commercial property managers are welcomed to apply. Interested parties MUST have at least 18 months' practical experience of service charge management, budgeting and reconciliation. The successful candidate will be rewarded with working with some excellent quality local and national clients, spanning the retail, office and industrial sectors. Salary circa £20 - £26,000, dependent upon experience. West Midlands based.
