Surveyor - Property Management

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified (F/MRICS) commercial property management surveyor to join a well known, well respected private practice in the West Midlands. Applicants will ideally have a background working within a similar property consultancy, handling service charge issues (ESSENTIAL) for commercial properties. This position offers the opportunity to work on a grade A portfolio (predominantly office & industrial) based around the wider Midlands region. Package includes a salary between £25 - £30,000 + car allowance (dependent upon experience).
