PFI/PPP Consultant – London

Global construction and engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced PFI/PPP consultant to join their profitable busy central London team. The successful candidate will be expected to deputise for the Director in the technical delivery, the team management and administration and marketing.
You will provide and be experienced in; technical advice / delivery of every aspect of the PFI/ PPP procurement, construction and operational process including pre and post Financial Close reports and monitoring, analysis and risk identification of project/ finance documents, design reviews and commentary, assessment of funding, analysis of programme/ delivery models, construction monitoring and post construction/ operational reviews & reporting including variations, contract changes etc.
You will be experienced providing complex high level reporting pre and post Financial Close on projects ranging in value across many sectors including housing, schools, hospitals, prisons, court houses, highways , street lighting, military, communications, waste, etc.
Candidates will be expected to represent the Company at a senior level with funders, developers, lawyers, accountants, insurers, and further to represent the Company at London seminars and marketing events.
Some secondary market experience would be an advantage. Some overnight travel is to be expected.
Ideally MRICS/C.Eng. Candidates genuinely progressing towards MRICS will be supported on the Company training scheme. Some contractor experience would be an advantage.
