Fund / Bank Monitoring Team – Associate Director, London
£60,000 - £65,000
The London based team of this leading global property consultancy is looking to appoint an associate to run the London due diligence team due to promotion to a national role of the incumbent.
You will have a proven track record of delivering business / income growth, introducing new clients, managing a team and effective financial reporting. Any contacts with banks they do not currently work with (list available) would be of great interest to them.
As far as qualifications go, it is the usual degree, MRCIS and anything further is a bonus.
Pay is candidate specific but circa £60k/£65k (this would be linked to potential clients to be introduced), plus benefits and bonus arrangement.
