Leading professional private surveying practice requires an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with plenty of social housing experience gained working with Local Authorities and RSLs.
Their office is based in Kent but the workload is in South East London predominantly.
You must be MRICS with Decent Homes Standard experience in social housing refurbishment and regeneration work ideally within a professional private surveying Practice environment.
The work is to upgrade social housing assets following the transfer from a Local Authority to a Housing Association whose main purpose is to provide high quality, affordable homes and their agreement is to upgrade and repair the properties in line with the Decent Homes Standard.
The work will involve preparing specifications, tender documents, tender reports, extensive client liaison to implement contract variations, site visits, chairing progress meetings, etc .
Elements of work include kitchen and bathroom replacements, boilers, radiators, doors, windows, re-roofing and associated external landscaping works.
Must have strong contract admin experience.
