We have a rare opportunity for an ambitious individual based at Schuh HQ, in Livingston, West Lothian. The position of Project Manager allows for a high degree of autonomy. It offers the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to the planning and delivery of the Store Development programme of new store fit-outs, store refurbishments and concession openings. Reporting to the Head of Store Development, the role follows the lifecycle of store projects from conception to completion and beyond, working office based as well as on–site with external agencies, developers, contractors, and Landlord’s representatives.
We are seeking ambitious candidates with previous Project Management and design experience. The successful applicant will have a strong connection with the Schuh brand, will have qualified and subsequently gained the relevant experience in one or more of the following fields; building surveying (or similar), architectural technician, quantity surveying, or facilities management. They will be able to demonstrate an understanding of our current store design. Experience of retail operations management would be beneficial but not essential.
