Commercial Valuation Surveyor sought for well known, well regarded organisation. The successful applicant will be involved in valuing a mixed commercial portfolio as well as undertaking some L&T work. Salary £20-£25K. North West based. The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified, although those nearing qualification will also be considered (provided background in commercial valuation).
