Strategic Property Advisor - London
Our client is a central London Borough and they urgently need an interim Strategic Property Advisor to join their team. You will be working on their real estate portfolio, advising on best use, development opportunities, corporate real estate strategy and delivering the asset management plan. You will be able to start this assignment as short notice which is expected to last 6-9 months and possibly longer. MRICS is preferred, as is previous experience in a local government or not for profit environment.
