In this role you will advise the Strategy Manager on the strategic management of this Council's portfolio, working closely with internal and external agencies and partners to provide advice in all relevant areas.
You will develop and deliver the corporate asset management plan, as well as design and implement all property related policies for the corporate estate and deliver the corporate accommodation strategy.
To be considered for this role you will be a Chartered Surveyor or other property / construction related professional with a relevant qualification and have a wide-ranging background in a property environment with a track record of solving a range of operational and strategic business problems.
