PARTY WALL SERVICES ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A PART TIME CONDITION SURVEY SURVEYOR (HOME/OFFICE BASED)
£20-£23K PER ANNUM, 25 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE PRO RATA
We are looking to recruit a self motivated, recently graduated surveyor or surveyor looking for a part time site based position, ideally with some experience of condition survey work and outline knowledge of the Party Wall etc Act 1996. The successful candidate will be based in our Berkshire office but will also be offered the flexibility of home working and will need to travel to site across Berkshire, London and the South East.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills and be keen to become part of a growing business in which they may play a key role. This opportunity would suit a self motivated individual who is able to work with minimal supervision and have the ability to manage their own workload and that of supporting staff.
The successful applicant can expect a rewarding career and will be encouraged to meet both personal and corporate goals including becoming a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and progressing to be a Senior Surveyor undertaking all elements of Party Wall Work.
