Beach baker has been instructed by one of the leading International Property Private Practices to recruit an experienced Investment Agent for their Newcastle office.
This role requires someone with tenacity and drive to be able to put together deals in the current climate. The ideal candidate will have London experience although you could be working in the local market. You will be part of a national team with the opportunity to influence building a team over a period of time. You will ideally have a proven track record in this field and be RICS qualified. Some knowledge of the Northern markets would be an advantage but not essential as candidates relocating are encouraged to apply. The salary on offer for this role is £25,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience.
