Quantity Surveyor

About the Client:
A very experienced Middle East practice bringing a fresh and professional approach to cost and project management; established for over 50 with a reputation for working on the most prestigious developments throughout the region. Projects are predominantly commercial, residential and leisure, all of which have a major focus on high specification.

About the Role:
They currently require a Professional Quantity Surveyor to assist on three major, mixed-use leisure developments consisting of hotels, apartments, villas and restaurants. Each scheme is in the region of £50m. You will play a key role in managing major packages, co-ordinating things between contractor and client as well as ensuring the works are carried out to the highest specification.

About the Candidate:
- Ideally have Middle East experience, although not essential.
- PQS firm/consultancy background.
- Ideally MRICS, minimum B.Sc.
- Experience in similar type works.
- Structured career history.
- Excellent client interfacing skills.
